A song I wrote 20 years ago after watching war unfold in the Middle East.

Many people have requested this song in recent days, I had forgotten about it.

Watching TV one evening I switched channels and saw missiles shooting into the dark sky and then realised I was watching a war somewhere in another part of our planet. Camera angles, commentators, panel experts and hit ratios. I thought at that point we had finally lost the plot. My thinking has not changed much. Sonny’s daughter Gina sings with me on this song and I like to think that she represents the next generation and I hope they have better luck and do a better job than we have done.
