Craggy Hill is dedicated to all victims of war

A hundred years ago our country came out of civil war. For almost 11 months we fought and killed each other and in a bitter world of envy, the battle raged on.

The horrors of that war are now recalled as we remember and commemorate those who needlessly died.
Innocent civilians, neighbours, friends, kin.

We had no cause to cheer, just endless grief.
Without peace there is no hope
